Modern dimmer switches create the dimming effect by switching the power supply. A poor connection between the light or fixture switch and the bulb can cause flickering. It only happens in the one fixture. That may be all you need to do but if the bulb still flickers remove it and try another bulb.

If your light is already flickering try toggling the switch on and off and see if this fixes the problem.
